You can collaborate with your team in Gologin several ways:
invite team members to your workspace
share access to entire profile folders from your workspace
share profiles individually
Each option provides different levels of access depending on how your team works.
Sharing access to your folders and workspaces
A Workspace is a team-based space that allows you to manage and share browser profiles securely with multiple users.
To learn more about workspaces, you might want to skim through the Workspaces article.
Invite team members to your workspace
The most comprehensive option. When you invite someone to your workspace, they get access to it as a whole - profiles, folders, and settings - according to the role you assign them.
This works best when someone is a regular part of your team and needs ongoing, broad access.
It requires Team member slots in your Gologin subscription.
Share access to profile folders
You can allow access to one or more folders for someone without giving them access to your full workspace. They'll only see the profiles inside that folder.
This is useful when you're working with a contractor or a team member who only needs access to a particular project or client's profiles.
Sharing folders requires Team member slots.
Share profiles individually
For the most targeted access, you can share a single profile with someone. They won't see anything else in your workspace - just that one profile.
Use this when someone needs temporary or one-off access to a specific browser profile.
