If you see an "error" popping up next to your profile, first hover your mouse over it and see what it reads.
If you see the error "Defective profile. Restore and try again", it means that you closed your profile incorrectly (didn't wait till the profile got synced).
There are 3 ways to solve this issue:
Click the three dots next to the button "Run", click "Restore".
Click the three dots next to the button "Run", click "Run In Cloud".
Click the three dots next to the button "Run", click "Clone". Run the cloned profile.
In order correctly close your profile, you always need to click the "X" mark like in any regular web browser and wait till the button "Run" in the GoLogin app turns green again.
