If you want to stop renewing your subscription:
head over to the main settings at the top-right > Settings & Members > Billing Plans and delete the saved Payment Method.

This will prevent your subscription from being automatically paid for and renewed for the next billing cycle.

If you don't have any active payment method in this menu - you don't have the active subscription and there will be no further charges.
