How to use multiple accounts on any website

This guide will help you to manage your (and clients) accounts without fear of restriction, use multiple accounts on one device, safely share accounts with partners located in other countries.

  1. Add a new browser profile and pick country. Use your account country.

  2. Run the profile and log in your account. You’ll get new device alert on first login, which is OK.

  3. Repeat these steps to add more accounts

You can run profiles simultaneously: it will not cause any warnings.

Now your accounts are completely safe and will not be restricted.

1. Add New Browser Profile & Pick Country

  1. Click Add Profile on your top left. A new browser profile will be created.

  2. Pick country from the dropdown list on Proxy column. This will set profile location.

  3. Click Create Profile. You will return to the main screen

2. Run Profile & Log In Your Account

  1. Click Run to launch the profile. A Chrome window will open. It looks like regular Chrome, but to websites it’s a unique device and location.

  2. Log in your account like you normally do. On first login, you will get a new device alert - that's OK for the initial login.

  3. When done working in your account, click Stop on main screen.

You will always stay logged in. The history of activity in all profiles will also be available, so you can manage your employees.

3. Add More Profiles For Multiple Accounts

  1. Repeat previous steps to create more profiles. Each account requires its own profile.

  2. Log into each account inside browser profiles. The profiles can be launched simultaneously: it is safe and will not cause any warnings.

4. Add Remote Colleagues To Your Team

  1. Go to main menu (top right on main screen) and click Invite Members.

  2. Enter email of your colleague and select their access level. This will give your colleague access to selected folders.

  3. Click Send Invite. Your colleague will get an email invite to your team.

That’s all! You and your colleagues can now use multiple accounts on any website from any device or place - no warnings and blocks.

FAQ

Do I have to adjust any GoLogin settings manually?

No. Just pick country for your profile location. All safety settings are optimized automatically by GoLogin.

Do I have to use a different proxy for each of my profiles?

Yes. Every profile needs its own proxy to be safe. If you do not use a proxy, profile will use your own internet connection which can lead to detection.

Do I have to turn on VPN to use GoLogin?

No. In fact, using a VPN on top of GoLogin will likely get you blocked, as even the best VPNs are encrypted connections - it's suspicious by itself.

Do I have to buy proxy on top of my paid plan?

All paid plans include at least 2Gb of proxy traffic by default, renewed every month. You can top up if you use more.

Should I get proxies from third party providers?

No, we provide good quality proxies in-app. At least 2Gb of traffic is included in your paid plan every month.

Will I stay logged in next time I run the profile?

Yes. All your tabs will be exactly where you left them, even if you use a different device.

Will my VA be able to continue my work from where I left?

Yes. When your remote colleague logs in, they will seamlessly continue from the exact spot you finished your work at.

Do Chrome extensions work in GoLogin?

Yes. Get them from Chrome Web Store like you normally do. Extensions can be pre-installed into profiles in bulk for convenience.

Can I work with 2 or more profiles at the same time?

Yes, it’s completely safe and will not cause alerts. The amount of profiles working at the same time is limited only by your device hardware. Tabs inside one profile can be used for browsing other websites.

Can 2 people work in 1 account simultaneously?

Yes, but we do not recommend it for safety reasons. You and your VA will not get logged out, but websites can consider your behavior automated or suspicious, which can be unsafe.

Can I protect client account passwords from my employees?

Sure! When sharing profiles with employees, select Can Run for their access level. They will not be able to see or edit sensitive passwords.

What's the difference between sharing a profile and inviting a team member?

When you share a profile to your colleague, they have to use their own GoLogin plan. Inviting a team member means they will share your paid plan.
