Step 1: Opening the Profile in Gologin

  1. Launch the Gologin application and log into your account.

  2. On the main dashboard, select the profile to which you want to connect the proxy. Navigate to the proxy column and click the "Add proxy" button (+ icon) next to the selected profile.

Step 2: Entering Proxy Details

  1. In the "Type" field, select the appropriate type (e.g., HTTP, SOCKS5).

  2. Enter the IP address of the proxy server in the corresponding field.

  3. Enter the port of the proxy server in the corresponding field.

  4. Enter the proxy login and password (if required). These fields might be labeled "Username" and "Password".

Step 3: Checking the Proxy

  1. Click the "Check Proxy" button (or the corresponding check button). Wait for the system to verify the entered details.

  2. If the verification is successful, the check indicator will turn green, indicating the proxy is set up correctly.

Step 4: Saving Proxy Settings

  1. Click the "Done" button to save all changes to the profile.

  2. Close the proxy editing window.

Step 5: Applying proxy to the selected profile

  1. Your connected proxy will show on the proxy list.

  2. Click on the previously installed proxy to apply it to the desired profile.

Step 6: Launching the Profile with the Connected Proxy

  1. Return to the main dashboard of Gologin profiles.

  2. Find the profile to which you just connected the proxy and click the "Run" button (launch icon).

Verifying the Setup

  • Open the browser in the launched profile and ensure the internet connection is routed through the proxy. You can verify this on websites that show your current IP address (e.g., whatismyip.com).

If all steps are followed correctly, your Gologin profile will use the specified proxy for internet connections, helping to avoid bans and suspicious logins on various platforms.
