What is a GoLogin proxy?

A proxy is a tool that acts as a middleman between your device and the internet. It hides your real IP address by replacing it with its own, allowing you to appear as if you're browsing from a different location.

Gologin proxies are proxies provided directly to our users.

What proxies do you provide? Do you have Free proxies?

Disclaimer: our proxies are in beta, they can have occasional downtimes and might not be suitable for all use cases. If you are unsure if you should use them, please try using the free traffic and see if it works for you. If it doesn't meet your needs, consider using third-party proxies. We have a list of recommended providers here!

Here's a list of the proxies that we provide. You can learn more about the differences in the proxy types here.

  • Residential Rotating: Safe for account management and creating new accounts.

  • Mobile Rotating: The safest option if you need extra security and want to avoid being blocked, though they may be slower.

  • Data Center Sticky: The fastest of the bunch, not as secure. You can use them on some websites.

We do not recommend using them for account registration or management on high-level websites.

  • Free proxies: Those are available for all GoLogin users and there are not a lot of instances. They are shared among many users.

We do not recommend them for business purposes, only for testing or anonymous browsing.

All our proxies are shared, however, for Residential and Mobile proxies chance of getting a shared proxy is extremely low.

Things we don't have yet:

  • Static proxies

  • Private proxies

  • The ability to choose specific cities or states for GoLogin proxies

If you need something from the above, please try using third-party proxies to find the right fit for your needs.

Do I have to buy them, or is there a Demo/Trial?

We offer free proxy traffic for all subscription plans. The traffic refreshes every month and does not stack up.

GoLogin Proxy errors and fixes

You've exceeded your traffic limit

Fix: Top up your traffic or check if you’ve selected the correct proxy type.

No Proxy found. Try another proxy server.

Fix: Try changing your network (e.g., switch to Wi-Fi) or use a VPN. If that doesn’t work, the proxy might be under maintenance, or no free proxies are available for that country. Contact Support if unsure.

Proxy is either nonfunctional or very slow...

Fix: Change your GoLogin proxy. If the problem persists, try switching networks or using a VPN. If nothing helps, contact Support.

The page of a particular site does not load in a browser when other pages load. Some error in the browser trying to reach the page.

Fix: The website might block the specific proxy. Try swapping it out or reach out to Support for assistance.

FAQ

Is only the crypto available for the payments? No debit card or PayPal?

Yes, for now. However, the team is working on adding new payment methods, which should be available soon.

How much traffic do I need to buy?

That depends on your needs and your workflow. Buy a small amount for a test and use your profiles to determine how much and how often you will need to top it up. Traffic usage depends on the amount of content (images, videos, pictures, site data) you consume.

Can I see how much data the particular profile consumed?

There's no such a feature at the moment, however the dev team is working on implementing it in the future.
