Payments & Subscription

Written by Alexander

I get a "You've reached max payment attempts (10)" error

You've tried to purchase a subscription 10 times, the payment did not get through and you got restricted from trying again for 24 hours. We cannot lift that restriction. In that case, please try purchasing the subscription again tomorrow, using a different payment method might help. In case it's crucial for you to keep working on the profiles, contact support.

I paid less than the necessary amount with crypto

In case you've underpaid, the subscription or proxy traffic will not get added automatically. You can still complete the payment using the same recipient address wallet within 60 minutes after the payment process began. Check if the Cryptomus payment link is still active: if it shows your current payment amount and calls to further payments - you're clear to complete it. If you're past the payment window and Cryptomus calls to contact the store, please contact Gologin support.

I see the "Your payment is blocked" on the payment page after paying with crypto

This message means your transaction was flagged and blocked by our payment processor, Cryptomus, before it reached us. Gologin did not receive your funds and had no involvement in the decision to block the payment.

Cryptomus operates its own compliance procedures independently, and we are not informed of the specific reason a transaction is flagged. Please contact Cryptomus customer support directly - they are the only party who can clarify the status of your payment and advise on next steps such as a release or refund. Once the issue is resolved on their end, feel free to reach out to Gologin support to confirm your subscription is activated.
