Whether you have a VA managing multiple profiles or have a colleague needing access to just one, we got you covered in this article!

Sharing a profile

If you share access to a profile to a user, they get access with a full set of your settings, such as: cookies, local storage and extensions (if enabled), tabs, proxy settings, browser settings, and fingerprint configs.

To share a profile, here's what you need to do:

  1. Hover over the three dots next to the button Run of a profile

  2. Select Share in the drop-down window

  3. Type the email of the teammate's account

  4. Select their role:
Can run β€” the user can view and run the profiles you shared

Can edit β€” the user can run, clone, and edit the settings of the profiles you shared

Full accessβ€” the same as edit but also can share profiles

  5. Click Share!

You can also unshare a profile by following the same instructions. Instead of adding an email, remove the one you want to unshare from.

What is the limit and how is it counted?

You can review the limits for your subscription plan here.

We count one instance of sharing a profile to someone as a sharing. For example: if you share 2 profiles to 5 people or 10 profiles to a single colleague, in both cases it will use up 10 sharings.

Can I restore my sharings? What if I need to change them?

In terms of how plans work, only current sharings are counted. It means that if you have shared your profiles 10 times and then unshared 2, you will have 2 more sharings again.
