Is your software suitable for Facebook, Google, Amazon, eBay...?

Our software is suitable for any website or platform requiring multiple accounts.

Can I use the same GoLogin account on 2 or more devices?

Yes, you can. In fact, you can even run your profiles simultaneously on several devices.

I want to upgrade a plan. Can I do that?

Yes. Contact our support team for that.

If I cannot pay on time, will I lose all my data?

No. Without payment, your profiles are safely stored on our servers for up to 6 months.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept any debit or credit cards, PayPal, USDC, DOGE, BTC, ETH, LTC, DAI, BCH.

How can I apply for an invoice?

You can download in in the Main settings > Billing Plans > History. Check out this page for more details.

How can I change my password?

Log out of your GoLogin account, click "Forgot Password". You can also follow these instructions

Do you have an affiliate program?

I paid for the wrong account! What should I do?

Contact our support team for that. They will help you transfer your money to the right one.

I have a promo code. How can I use it?

Go to the "Billing Plans" section. At the bottom of the screen, look for "Coupon". You can also check this video.

Where can I find out my current version of GoLogin?

Look at the very top of the GoLogin app. For example, GoLogin 3.3.56.

Where can I find a profile's ID?

Click a profile, in the drop-down window look for "Profile ID":

I've accidentally deleted my profiles! Can I restore them?

Sure! It's in the Main settings > Restore profiles menu. Check this article for more details.

Can I use my own proxies or VPN services?
