You only need to follow the following steps to pay for the received invoice:
Visit the billing dashboard.
Look for the overdue invoices on the billing dashboard. Proceed on the pay now button. A message will pop up showing the unpaid invoice.
You will be redirected to another section. Go through the invoices, choose the invoice marked with unpaid.
On the invoice page, proceed to payment. Finally, you can settle the payment for the invoice.
What are the accepted methods for payment?
The company accepts payments made through Bitcoin, MasterCard, Paypal, and Visa.
If I cannot pay on time, will I lose all my data?
No. There is no need to worry! All your data are intact, it is put aside in encryption in remote cloud servers. After paying your subscription, access to the accounts is regained.

Do you accept different currencies?
As of today, all payment subscriptions need to be transacted in Euros. If you are paying via PayPal, you have the will to convert your currency. But, there is a conversion rate and fee applied. We regret to inform you that we cannot do anything regarding the issue. But there are alternatives, you can transact payment through credit card. But, the issuer of the card may apply their own exchange rate and fee.
How long will I wait prior to the activation of my subscription?
Activation of subscription mostly take up to 2 business days. But, the team try as possible to quickly check the subscription orders.
Is there a way to pause subscription?
If there is no need to use GoLogin and there is no reason to renew the subscription, send a cancellation request to the support team. But, if you decide to have access, you have to make a new subscription for the same account.
How to cancel the subscription?
It is easy to cancel the subscription by sending a cancellation request through the billing dashboard. Look for the subscription option and click on the request cancellation.
How to change the subscription plan?
You can change the subscription plan if there is no pending invoice. You have the ability to upgrade or downgrade to another subscription. Follow the procedures below:
Go to the billing dashboard.
Look for the services tab.
Pick one of the active subscription plans that you have that you want to downgrade or upgrade.
Click on upgrade or downgrade
Choose the plan you want to change and click on the choose product button.
You are redirected to another webpage, it is where you can transact payment for the upgrade price. After the payment, you can immediately upgrade to the new subscription.
Note: The calculation for the upgrade price is from the unused credit of your current plan and the billing payment of the new plan.
Why do I have to verify my account?
GoLogin has a KYC policy, and it is part of the policy to ask for verification documents to verify your identity.
What will happen if I forget my password?
Master-password is the key to encrypted data sessions. It is possible to forget your password, then you cannot access the session data stored on the server. The password encrypts the private key which encrypted everything else. If you will reset the password, you can only get access to your account and profile settings. However, the session data will be inaccessible.
How do I change my password without losing access to my sessions?
You can change the password by going to the application. Launch the GoLogin application and then tap on my account link. You can check it at the left-side panel. After this, click on the change password button.
Reminder: You cannot change the password if you do not know the current password.
