Proxies of some providers can give out the IP addresses of your dns servers in addition, some services through their partner dns servers allow you to track your actual address.

Users can check the leakage of DNS servers on these best websites:

In case you want to stop the potential leaks you can define another custom DNS server through the settings of the browser profile. In order to do this in Gologin it is necessary:

  1. Go to the profile settings by pressing the “Settings” or “edit” key;

  2. Click on the “Advanced ” tab;

  1. Find the ”Other" section;

  2. Enter the desired dns in the field;

  1. Save settings by clicking the "Save” button.

Remember that the custom dns will only work with a VPN direct connection or SOCKS4 or SOCKS5 proxy. Users must provide the address of a real dns server to assign a custom dns.

You can use public dns servers, but those that correspond to your public IP address by location are recommended.
