There are 2 places where you can encounter this issue:
At the login page
The reason for this error is that you've had too many failed login attempts in a short period of time. Your IP was blocked for up to an hour, it will get unblocked automatically after some time passes.
To bypass this issue, you can change your outgoing IP by connecting to another Wi-Fi (network), restart your router or use a VPN.
When using the GoLogin
This issue can happen when you try to change too many profiles at once. Try waiting a bit for your IP to get unblocked and reduce the number of profiles you are making the change to.
